1. About this website

This website is operated by Élite Yachts ("we", "us"), dedicated to crewed boat rentals for cruises, celebrations and events in Buenos Aires. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Bookings and prices

• Inquiries and bookings started on the site are coordinated and confirmed via WhatsApp or email. No selection made in the quote tool constitutes a confirmed booking until we expressly confirm it.
• Published prices are estimates and may vary depending on the date, season and availability. The final price is the one confirmed when the booking is closed.
• A minimum rental applies. Rentals include captain, crew and fuel unless otherwise indicated.
• Additional services (styling, DJ, grill master and chef) are subject to availability. The custom styling package is quoted separately.

3. Sailing conditions

Trips are subject to weather conditions and to the provisions of the maritime authority. If a trip cannot take place due to force majeure or weather, rescheduling will be offered. The maximum capacity of each boat is the one published and cannot be exceeded for safety reasons.

4. Boat listings

• Applications to list boats are subject to review and approval by our team, which may accept or reject them without stating a reason.
• Whoever submits an application declares that they own the boat or have sufficient authorization, and that the photographs provided are their own and current.

5. Intellectual property

The Élite Yachts brand, texts, design and photographs on the site are our property or used with authorization. They may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
